This is a short episode due to the holidays and my inability to move out of Grouch mode. Ok, I'm not a total grouch, just the freaking music all the time.
Bah, humbug.
The main point I wan to say take time for yourself, be kind to yourself and keep your anxiety tool kit handy.

It might not be quite ready for prime time but in this case I think you might want to get a head’s up about this innovation in exposure therapy. And you can't talk about the future without understanding the present form of exposure therapy treatment.
