Having a paper and projects due will not deter me from making
with the goods. In this week's show there is a quick look at
Vitamin B-12, what it can do for you and why it is important to
make sure you have enough.
If you don't, there could be symptoms that simulate depression or
anxiety like conditions. Or possibly make your depression and
anxiety symptoms worse.
As always you want to be evaluated by your heath care provider
to make sure your body has what it needs.
