You say you don't have time to meditate. I say you might be
wrong. In this episode, I want to point you to a couple of short
meditation experiences that don't take up a lot of time but might
help you to feel better.

Fragrant Heart Meditation Center has a one minute calming meditation,
with or without music. You can listen free on the website or
purchase to download the mp3 recording.
Insight Timer has free and a paid subscription meditation app. This
is a sample of a meditation by Don Reed Simmons that might be a
match for your spirit. If you like what you hear you can download
the app and get more content.
Tara Branch is a well known teacher of meditative practices. On her
website there is a brief meditation called Arriving in Mindful Presence.
At Just a Minute.org you can download one minute meditations, Try
the Feeling Safe meditation. What is
need about this site is that you can read the text version of the
meditation first to see if it suits your spirit.
If you need a bit more then I want to point you to the UCLA Mindful Awareness Research Center
page of meditations. Most are under ten minutes or twenty
minutes.
