This is a quick pebble in the road about self-care tips. Despite my best efforts the symptom thing happened and I, as the adult and I as the inner child are both having a tantrum.
Only the adult part of me is pretending like nothing is wrong as
I literally, cleaning up my mess. This is how you do it while
