If you need support contact the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 1-800-273-8255, the Trevor Project at 1-866-488-7386 or text “START” to 741-741.

Resources Mentioned:

The Today show post about burnout or depression and how can you tell the difference?

ADAA.or has for March 2019 the theme of Social Anxiety. I'm linking to a Twitter chat that happened in 2018. There may be an answer to a question you have about the condition.
