Everybody take a chill, either in a pool, in a theater or in a park; hopefully without an electronic device. We all have anger and if you have an anxiety or panic disorder you might not even know that you are ticked off angry.

Untreated anger can cause all kinds of physical and mental problems. So even if you think this doesn't apply to you give a listen so you will know where to go when the other person invokes a spark or two in you.
