Having a paper and projects due will not deter me from making with the goods. In this week's show there is a quick look at Vitamin B-12, what it can do for you and why it is important to make sure you have enough.

If you don't, there could be symptoms that simulate depression or anxiety like conditions. Or possibly make your depression and anxiety symptoms worse.

As always you want to be evaluated by your heath care provider to make sure your body has what it needs.
