One of goals of the podcast is to talk about things that are not comfortable. Or a direct cause and effect; if you do this you will fix that. Sometimes that does happen – especially in regard to breathing practices. Sometimes it does not.

On March 1, 2018 there will be new rules in effect if you claim to fly with an emotional service animal or a service animal.
